WIAW

Breakfast: Paleo pancakes (2 eggs, 1 banana) topped with sunflower butter and some coffee.

Snack: Babybell cheese and some nuts. (unpictured)

Lunch: Flank steak and veggies. So good!

Snack: Half a pear and some turkey slices. I found some perfectly ripe pears at the store. So yummy!

Dinner: Baked chicken and salad.

Dessert: Cookie with some slow-churned vanilla bean ice cream and hot chocolate.
