WIAW

Breakfast: Paleo pancakes with sunflower butter. I am loving these lately! (Just 2 eggs and a banana) They are super filling.

Snack: Salami slices (unpictured)

Lunch: Leftover chicken and veggies from dinner last night. (Unpictured)

Snack: Strawberries and some nuts. (Unpictured)

Dinner: Buffalo chicken lettuce wraps and a salad.

Dessert: Cookie and hot chocolate. It’s finally getting cool enough to drink hot chocolate without sweating!

  1. What brand of hot chocolate do you use? I enjoy a cup of hot cocoa every night as well! I buy the fat free Nestle brand, but I use 2 servings instead of 1 because one just doesn’t cut it!
