These energy balls are all natural and super easy to make. They are chewy and gooey and make the perfect snack.
I rolled mine in almond meal but you can roll it in anything you please (coconut, oat bran, powdered sugar, cocoa)
No-Bake Energy Balls
1 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup almond meal
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Put all ingredients in a bowl (except for the almond meal) and mix. Add as much honey as needed for everything to get moist.
Roll into balls with your hands and roll in almond meal. Enjoy.
