Fall Inspired Chocolate Chip Cookies

Happy fall!

These cookies have butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips.

They are even better in a graham cracker pie crust.

Either way, these cookies are moist and delicious (maybe because of the 2 sticks of butter?)



Fall Inspired Chocolate Chip Cookies

Adapted from: Nestle Toll House Cookies

2 & 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 sticks of butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2. Combine flour baking soda & salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
3. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl until creamy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts.
4. Bake 9-11 minutes.  Or put in mini graham cracker crust and then bake for 11 minutes.
