Oatmeal Protein Smoothie

The perfect post-workout snack.

Full of protein, healthy fats and whole grains.  So good.

Oatmeal Protein Smoothie

By “The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook” by Tosca Reno

¼ cup oats
1 Tbsp nut butter (peanut butter, almond or sunflower butter)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp flax seed
1 cup milk of choice (skim, almond, soy, coconut)
½ tsp cinnamon
5-10 ice cubes

Blend in blender, top with cinnamon and enjoy!
