Max was even wanting to try them.
These cheesecakes are super easy to make and very rich and delicious. My boyfriend approved.
4 Ingredient Mini Semisweet Chocolate Cheesecakes
From: The book “Desserts 4 Today”
8 oz cream cheese at room temp
1/3 cup sugar
4 ounces chopped, divided & melted bittersweet or semisweet chocolate
1 large egg
Preheat oven to 300 F. Put 6 cupcake liners in standard muffin tin.
Put cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat until smooth (I didn’t even use a mixer)
Add sugar and 3 ounces of melted chocolate. Beat until blended.
Add the egg and mix until just incorporated.
Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake until the center barely jiggles – about 15 to 18 minutes.
Let cool completely. Use the remaining 1 ounce of melted chocolate to drizzle on top. (You can put any toppings you like on it)
Cover and refrigerate.
